Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Apksom.com, please notify our Designated DMCA Agent with the following information:

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
  • We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them with a copy of the notice.
  • Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its former location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in Pakistan or federal court.

We will restore the material if the copyright owner does not file a court action within 10-14 business days.

False Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
